General Terms
> Once a voucher has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled.
> Once a voucher has been purchased, QuizPerk will release the voucher within 1 days.
> Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
> Settled Vouchers will be sent to you by SMS via a registered cell number. Voucher codes can also be downloaded from your profile.
> Promotion codes are only used for reward purposes. 1 vPoint which is equivalent to R50.00 is credited to your vPoint accounts for every new client registered using your promo code.
> vPoints can only be claimed and redeemed if vPoint are 5 or more and account has a minimum balance is R250.00
> Multiple vouchers can be created for different stores but a voucher will only be active once a payment is received for that specific voucher.
>Payments are to be made only to the QuizPerk bank account.
> All Payments are to be made using immediate payment/pay and clear for vouchers to be the active same time.
> QuizPerk will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the usage of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment.
> We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
Security

Payment
> If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then we store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted/

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
License
> QuizPerk grants you a voucher of your choice and a non-exclusive, non-transferable, unlimited license to purchase, earn commissions and use the QuizPerk strictly by the terms of this Agreement.
>By accessing and creating a voucher with QuizPerk, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and QuizPerk.
